Job Overview

• Overall responsible for all Process development and industrialization.

• Establishment of new process and improvement for existing process.

• Defining, monitoring and improving manufacturing capacity & capabilities

Responsibilities

• Responsible for establishing manufacturing Facility & process for the new product – (Assembly / Encapsulation)

• Planning, Preparation of technical specs, getting quote, Conceptual Design review and development of facility, installation and commissioning of facility for the new project

• Feasibility study for the product during the initial stage of product design.

• Responsible for providing cost for new program's facility and manpower.

• Responsible for Automation Project for Cost Saving including quick changeover, conveyors, common fixture, common assembly line

• Responsible for finding suitable suppliers for developing SPM

• Responsible to support manufacturing during pilot run of new product

• Defining the work process, Process Study, Cycle time Improvement

• Responsible for defining, monitoring and improving manufacturing capacity & capabilities and support assembly to achieve target KPI (Key Performance Indicators)

• Responsible for setting up procedures for manufacturing as per ISO/TS 16949 guidelines

• Responsible for submitting PPAP documents & supporting on ISO 14000/OSHAS 18001

• Responsible for Handling activities for SAP, BOM routing related to manufacturing.
