Key Responsibilities
Prepare and finalize financial statements in accordance with Ind-ASEnsure timely GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings and handle departmental assessmentsOversee books of accounts, cash flow management, and inter-company transactionsHandle compliance-related reporting to BSE, SEBI, MCA, and statutory authoritiesCollaborate with Company Secretary on XBRL filings, QIP documentation, and regulatory supportAssist in preparation of financial model and investor deckSupport internal and external audits, ensuring process integrity and document readinessLiaise with banks, NBFCs, and investors for fundraising, due diligence, and disclosuresThe Profile
Eligibility Criteria
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI3–5 years of post-qualification experienceThe Employer
