Role Overview
You will support end to end execution of deals across the full investment lifecycle. This includes financial modeling, due diligence, sector research, deal structuring, and portfolio support. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a lean team, wants real responsibility from day one, and is comfortable working directly with senior leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Build, maintain, and refine detailed financial models including LBOs, operating models, and scenario analyses
- Conduct deep industry and company research to support investment theses
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and materials for IC discussions
- Lead core pieces of due diligence including financial, operational, market, and competitive workstreams
- Support deal execution including valuation, structuring, documentation, and closing processes
- Work directly with portfolio company leaders to track performance, identify value creation levers, and support strategic initiatives
- Coordinate with legal, tax, and external advisors on transaction requirements
- Monitor existing investments and prepare updates for internal and external stakeholders
What You Bring
2 to 4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, transaction advisory, or a similar analytical roleStrong command of financial modeling and valuation techniquesAbility to synthesize complex information and communicate clearly in written and verbal formComfortable managing multiple workstreams under tight timelinesHigh ownership mindset and a preference for working in lean, entrepreneurial teamsExcellent analytical and research skillsExperience working with global teams or cross border transactions is a plusNice to Have
