Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit retailers and distributors regularly and collect orders.
  • Explain company sales policies, schemes, and offers to retailers and distributors.
  • Send daily sales reports (DSR) and weekly travel plans to the Cluster Manager for approval.
  • Find and appoint new retailers and distributors in the assigned area.
  • Check stock availability at branch / warehouse and ensure smooth supply.
  • Share sales updates and payment collection status with the Cluster Manager in weekly / monthly meetings.
  • Make sure products are always available with retailers and distributors for timely delivery to customers.
  • Follow up with retailers / distributors to collect pending payments on time

Qualification

  • Graduate with proven experience in driving secondary sales.
  • Hands-on exposure to Distributor Management Systems (DMS), Sales Force Automation (SFA), and Channel Loyalty Programs.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence channel partners and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of the assigned geographical area and its market dynamics.
  • Prior experience in the Building Material industry will be considered an added advantage.
