About the Role :

We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven Senior Media Buyer who thrives on experimentation and optimization.

You’ll manage 5–6 eCommerce client accounts, designing and executing strategies that turn browsers into buyers.

This is not a people-management role — it’s for someone who loves being in the trenches, analyzing numbers, testing creatives, and finding scalable growth paths.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategize, execute, and optimize performance campaigns on Meta & Google Ads.
• Build and manage TOF–MOF–BOF funnels that convert effectively.
• Manage monthly ad spends of ₹10L–₹50L+ profitably.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ideate ad concepts, hooks, and A / B tests.
• Analyze performance metrics — CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPA, LTV — and take data-backed actions.
• Implement and manage tracking setups (Pixel, CAPI, GA4, GTM).
• Present insights, learnings, and reports to clients.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates.
• Develop high-performing ad scripts and plan video shoots with editors and assistants.
