Corporate Presentation Specialist

Opportunity

Seeking an experienced Presentation Designer with strong expertise in creating visually engaging PowerPoint presentations and corporate communication materials. The role involves designing across PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned outputs for business and client needs.

Purpose of the role

Acuity Knowledge Partners is currently looking for an individual to play a key role in supporting its Private Equity and fund of funds client. The professional will be closely working as an extended team member for the client and will assist them on Microsoft Office tools support.

Responsibilities

• Design, Format, and enhance PowerPoint presentations for internal and client teams.
• Creating compelling charts, infographics, and data visuals to communicate complex information effectively.
• Support design projects across MS word, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Maintain visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple design requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and design objectives.
