Building Information Modeling Coordinator (India)

Skills and Experience

• Recognized degree in Architecture Construction or Engineering.
• Formal training or certification on Building Information Modeling methodology.
• Minimum 5 years in the Building Information Modeling construction industry and at least 2 years in coordination roles.
• Proven experience delivering multidisciplinary Building Information Modeling projects remotely and internationally.
• Strong knowledge of Building Information Modeling methodology coordination principles and interdisciplinary interfaces.
• High proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture Structure or Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing).
• Advanced skills in Autodesk AutoCAD and other Computer-Aided Design platforms with deep understanding of documentation workflows.
• Experience with clash detection tools such as Autodesk Navisworks.
• Understanding of Autodesk Construction Cloud and Building Information Modeling 360 environments.
• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling Execution Plan development Level of Development requirements and federated model workflows.
• Knowledge of model health checks view templates worksets and performance optimization.
• Desirable : Experience with Dynamo Autodesk Civil 3D Autodesk InfraWorks Microsoft Power BI Rhino / Grasshopper visualization software and scripting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to coordinate across cultures and time zones.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills proactive and reliable.

Purpose of the Role

As a Building Information Modeling Coordinator based in India you will play a critical role in overseeing local Building Information Modeling production activities ensuring digital deliverables meet Worley Building Information Modeling standards project conventions International Organization for Standardization 19650 principles and international best practices. You will act as the first point of contact for the India production team working closely with Building Information Modeling Managers in Spain to maintain alignment and quality across multidisciplinary projects.
