Role Overview

The Finance Manager at AirBrick Infra will play a crucial role in ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and statutory compliance across all business functions. The position involves managing day-to-day accounting, vendor billing, project-level cash flow tracking, and coordination with internal teams to maintain financial discipline. The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and project finance within the Design & Build industry .

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Operations & Accounting

Oversee day-to-day accounting functions including payables, receivables, reimbursements, and expense bookings.

Prepare and review journal entries, bank reconciliations, and ledgers.

Ensure accurate recording of site imprest, advances, and project-related costs.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

2. Billing & Revenue Management

Coordinate with QS and CRM teams for timely generation of RA bills and client invoicing.

Track project-wise receivables and ensure timely collections.

Maintain RA Billing & Collection Dashboard with weekly updates to management.

3. Vendor & Payment Management

Review vendor invoices and ensure alignment with PO / WO and site confirmations.

Coordinate with Procurement and Operations teams for payment approvals.

Ensure on-time vendor payments and milestone-based disbursements.

4. Budgeting & MIS Reporting

Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly budgets and forecasts.

Track project-level profitability and overhead expenditures.

Prepare MIS reports and present variance analysis to the Finance Lead and management.

5. Compliance & Audit

Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances .

Support internal and external audits with required documentation.

Maintain accurate books of accounts as per Ind AS / GAAP standards .

6. Cashflow & Financial Planning

Maintain daily cash and bank position reports.

Prepare and update project-wise and overall cashflow trackers.

Support the Finance Lead in cashflow forecasting and fund planning.

Qualification & Experience

Education : B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant (Inter)

Experience : 10–12 years in Finance & Accounts, preferably in Design & Build / Construction / Interior Fit-out industry

Technical Skills :

Tally ERP / SAP / Excel (Advanced)

Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance

Ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights
