What You'll Do
- Research ideal clients and build accurate prospect lists
- Run outreach on LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Research and apply proactively on Upwork and other freelancing platforms
- Use tools like Sales Navigator + outreach / automation tools
- Qualify leads and bring them to the discovery call stage
- Work closely with the founders on growth strategies
What We're Looking For
2+ years in business development, lead gen, or outreachComfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator & BD toolsGood communication (written & verbal) and research skillsProactive, organized, and eager to experiment & growComfortable with outreach automation tools & CRM systemsExperience in creative / marketing / video agencies is a plusExperience working on BD on freelance websites like Upwork would be a plusPerks and Benefits :
