Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic software-related issues.
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and support tickets with high professionalism.
- Escalate complex problems to senior technical team members.
- Run simple SQL queries and assist in creating custom reports.
- Document issues and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Continuously learn company tools, APIs, and platforms.
- Follow defined workflows, SLAs, and support processes.
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication etiquette.
Required Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in Technical Support / Customer Support / IT Helpdesk.Basic understanding of operating systems and software applications.Good knowledge of SQL or relational databases (Oracle / MySQL / PostgreSQL).Exposure to PHP is a plus (not mandatory).Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle customer calls confidently and patiently.Quick learner with a positive attitude.Why Join Us
