Chief Technology Officer - Full Stack Technologies

About the Role :

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer with hands-on technical mastery in modern full-stack development, including .NET, Python, Angular, and React. This role blends strategic leadership with deep technical execution, ensuring our technology roadmap aligns with business goals while maintaining engineering Responsibilities Strategy & Vision :

• Define and execute the companys technology roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and drive innovation to maintain competitive Technical Leadership :
• Architect, design, and review scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
• Actively contribute to coding, prototyping, and troubleshooting when Development Oversight :
• Lead teams in building applications using .NET Core, Python, Angular, React, and related frameworks.
• Ensure best practices in microservices, API design, DevOps, and cloud-native Leadership & Mentoring :
• Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing engineering teams.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and Excellence :
• Oversee software development lifecycle, from requirements to deployment.
• Implement robust security, compliance, and quality assurance Collaboration :
• Partner with product, design, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical Skills & Qualifications : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from Tier-1 :
• 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven hands-on expertise in .NET Core, Python, Angular, React, and full-stack development.
• Strong background in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and DevOps Skills :
• Proficiency in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and database design (SQL / NoSQL).
• Strong understanding of CI / CD pipelines, containerization (Docker / Kubernetes), and security best Skills :
• Exceptional communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Track record of scaling engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
