Gentle transforms finance into a guided and insightful journey, making it enjoyable and impactful for users.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a UI Designer (Product) located in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities will include : Design elegant, intuitive, and scalable UI interfaces for both mobile and web.Build and maintain the core Design System in Figma — including typography, grid systems, iconography, spacing, and tokenized components.Collaborate closely with UX researchers, product managers, and motion designers to maintain design harmony across journeys.Ensure all components are developer-ready, with responsive constraints, variants, auto-layouts, and token-based implementation.Follow accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1 AA), ensuring minimum 4.5 : 1 contrast ratios and inclusive interaction states.Work closely with engineering teams using Figma Dev Mode, Zeplin, or code handoff workflows for precision delivery.QualificationsFamiliarity with Front-End DevelopmentBachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field is a plusExperience with tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD, Zeplin, NotionAdvanced expertise in Figma (variables, auto-layout, tokens, responsive workflows)Strong portfolio showcasing real-world applications or design systems4+ years of experience in UI / Product designLocation :  Ahmedabad (full-time, in-office)
