Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP GRC Consultant with strong expertise in SAP GRC Access Control 12.0, particularly with SuccessFactors and Ariba integrations. The consultant will play a key role in integrating SAP GRC with multiple SAP cloud applications, implementing workflows, developing SoD rulebooks, and ensuring compliance across HR and procurement processes.
This is a critical consulting engagement requiring deep technical expertise, solution design capabilities, and the ability to lead workshops, testing, and knowledge transfer sessions.
Key Responsibilities :
Integration & Configuration :
- Integrate SAP GRC Access Control 12.0 with SAP SuccessFactors modules :
1. Employee Central (SFEC)
2. Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
3. Learning Management System (LMS)
4. Recruiting & Onboarding
Integrate SAP GRC AC 12.0 with Ariba modules via the IAG Bridge, covering :1. Supplier Relationship Management
2. Strategic Sourcing
3. Contract Management
Workflow & Compliance Management :
Design, configure, and implement workflows for :1. Access Request Management (ARM)
2. Access Risk Analysis (ARA)
3. User Access Review (UAR)
Develop and deploy a custom Segregation of Duties (SoD) rulebook tailored to SuccessFactors and Ariba business processes.Project Deliverables :
Define and execute a project plan covering all integration activities.Deliver design documentation, including system architecture, workflow designs, and integration mappings.Configure, integrate, and validate GRC workflows for SAP SF and Ariba.Develop test scripts and lead Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT.Update configuration guides and technical documentation to reflect integration activities.Stakeholder Engagement & Training :
Conduct workshops with business and technical stakeholders to validate workflows, rulebooks, and risk scenarios.Provide knowledge transfer sessions and training to internal teams for sustainable system maintenance and support.Required Skills & Experience :
8- 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP GRC Access Control.Proven expertise in integrating GRC with SAP SuccessFactors and Ariba.Strong background in workflow design, SoD rulebook development, and access compliance management.Experience with IAG Bridge for Ariba integration.In-depth knowledge of testing cycles (UT, SIT, UAT) and related documentation.Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and training delivery skills.Willingness to travel onsite (Saudi Arabia) for 2 weeks during cutover.Preferred Qualifications :
SAP GRC certifications.Experience with large-scale SAP transformation projects.Strong understanding of HR and Procurement processes in SuccessFactors and Ariba.(ref : hirist.tech)
