Manager at Jagruti Rehab Center will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring fiscal health, and driving sustainable growth for the organization.

This role requires a strong understanding of financial management within the healthcare or rehabilitation sector, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to provide accurate and insightful financial guidance to the leadership team.

The Finance Manager will ensure compliance with all financial regulations, optimize financial performance, and contribute to the overall mission of providing compassionate and effective rehabilitation services.

Key Strategy & Planning :

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with Jagruti Rehab Center's overall mission and long-term goals.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with various department heads to ensure accuracy and alignment with operational needs.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights to support decision-making related to expansion, new programs (e.g., de-addiction, psychiatric, dementia, elder care, OPD, daycare), and resource allocation.
