Network Operations Center Engineer

Shift : 24x7 Rotational Support

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and support global network operations with a strong focus on SD-WAN infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN platforms including Versa, Cisco Viptela, and Cisco Meraki.
• Act as an engineer for P1 / P2 incidents, ensuring timely recovery and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with hardware and service vendors for troubleshooting, upgrades, and issue resolution.
• Monitor, optimize, and maintain network performance across multiple sites.
• Administer and manage network hardware including Aruba Wireless LAN controllers, access points, Juniper routers, and switches.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting for routing protocols, network connectivity, and wireless issues.
• Ensure compliance with operational processes, documentation, and change management guidelines.
