About the Role
We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter with 2– 5 years of experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for technical roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and help build a strong talent pipeline for the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (developers, testers, designers, DevOps, etc.)
- Source candidates through job portals, , internal referrals, and social media
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary assessments, and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and define hiring strategies
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication
- Manage offer discussions, documentation, and onboarding coordination
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain reports
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates and stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitmentStrong understanding of technical roles, skillsets, and hiring processesExperience with job portals (e.g., Naukri, , Indeed)Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesStrong networking and relationship-building skillsFamiliarity with ATS tools is a plusNice-to-Have
