The Lead Infrastructure Engineer is a senior-level professional responsible for leading and overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's infrastructure systems. They provide expert guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership to the team, ensuring the company's infrastructure's reliability, scalability, and security.Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Leading the design and implementation of complex infrastructure solutions, including network architecture, server configurations, storage systems, and virtualization technologies.
• Providing technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, mentoring junior engineers, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Lead collaborating sessions with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient infrastructure solutions.
• Lead sessions with cross-functional teams to review performance analysis, capacity planning, and optimization of infrastructure systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect infrastructure systems from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure services like AWS or Azure to ensure cost-effectiveness and scalability.
• Automating infrastructure deployment, configuration, and monitoring processes using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.
• Lead collaborating sessions with DevOps teams to integrate infrastructure-as-code practices and ensure seamless deployment and continuous integration.
• Staying up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in infrastructure management and recommending improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency.
• Perform other assigned job-related duties that align with our organization's vision, mission, and values and fall within your scope of practice. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience. Computer Science or Computer Engineering Preferred. Preferred Certification(s) : Any relevant IT Certification. Experience : 5+ years of relevant and practical experience in infrastructure management, network administration, or system engineering. Special Skills :
• Proficiency in scripting languages
• Extensive experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Thorough knowledge of security protocols and best practices. Soft Skills :
