Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Network Administrator to manage and support our enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Cisco networking, firewall management, wireless technologies, and cloud-based access solutions. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, practical experience in enterprise IT environments, and relevant certifications such as CCNA and CCNP.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco routing and switching technologies including : BGP, EIGRP, HSRP, LACP, OSPF, STP, SVI, VLAN
- Administer and maintain DHCP and DNS services across the network
- Manage and support Fortigate firewalls and VPNs, with proven experience in enterprise deployments
- Deploy and maintain Ruckus access points and switches, ensuring optimal wireless coverage and performance
- Implement and manage Network Access Control (NAC) systems for secure endpoint connectivity
- Monitor and optimize network performance using Network Management Systems (NMS)
- Configure and support Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) for secure cloud-based connectivity
- Maintain documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure upgrades and security initiatives
