Role Description

We are looking for a French-speaking professional to join our team for the implementation of our Hospital Management Software at a prestigious hospital in Bukavu, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) .

This role will involve close coordination with hospital staff, on-ground implementation of software modules, and continuous communication with our development and support teams in India. The project offers a distinctive opportunity to work in Africa and contribute to a large-scale digital healthcare transformation.

Key Details

Location : Bukavu, DRC (onsite deployment required)
Initial Phase : 1–2 months remote / online from India
Deployment : 2–3 months onsite in Bukavu for implementation
Post-implementation : Remote project support, with occasional site visits if required

Preferred Profile

Must be fluent in French and English (spoken and written).

Candidates currently based in Pune will be given preference.

Candidates with Congo (DRC) citizenship or prior experience working in African countries will be preferred.

Background in tech, healthcare IT, customer support, hospital management systems, or related software implementation is desirable.

Strong communication, adaptability, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

Willingness to travel and work in international environments.
