Role Description

  • Meeting with potential client s for project based sales and understanding their specific needs and requirements.
  • Presenting suitable properties and investment opportunities clearly and persuasively.
  • Negotiating terms of sale and finalizing deals.
  • Closing sales efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to design and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Graduate, 12th pass can also do if person has good command on English language
  • Experience in the real estate industry.
  • Key responsibilities

  • Conduct daily morning surveys of properties or projects within the assigned territory.
  • Manage effective communication and build rapport with clients (must possess strong talking / interpersonal skills).
  • Demonstrate proficiency in client closing skills to finalize property transactions.
  • Thorough knowledge of South Delhi properties / projects and local real estate landscape.
  • Possession of a personal motorbike / two-wheeler / car for daily travel.
  • Ownership and operational use of a smartphone for communication and reporting.
