Subject Matter Expert - Customer Escalation

Job Location : Bengaluru

Job Summary :

We're seeking a highly experienced Subject Matter Expert in Customer Escalation to join our team in Bengaluru. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for resolving complex customer escalations, providing expert solutions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Escalation Resolution : Resolve complex customer escalations in a timely and professional manner
Expert Solutions : Provide expert solutions to customers, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty
Root Cause Analysis : Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues
Process Improvement : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and prevent future escalations
Knowledge Sharing : Share knowledge and best practices with team members to enhance overall performance

Requirements :

Experience : 5+ years of experience in customer service, escalation management, or a related field

Skills :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
