Qualifications and Skills

• Strong understanding of company law including but not limited to corporate governance, legal requirements, and compliance protocols.
• Proficiency in documentation management, ensuring that all corporate documents are accurately maintained and easily accessible.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to assist with various company secretarial functions.
• Ability to conduct in-depth legal research, critically analyze complex regulations, and provide well-informed recommendations.
• Skilled in drafting resolutions, meeting minutes, and other essential corporate documents with precision and care.
• Seamless stakeholder communication, ensuring effective interactions with internal and external parties.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to efficiently manage various projects and tasks of a legal and corporate nature.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive attitude towards learning and problem-solving.
