Role Overview
We’re looking for a passionate and innovative Social Media Executive to lead ShopStock’s digital and promotional marketing initiatives. The role involves managing email campaigns, social media strategy, website promotions, LinkedIn marketing, and digital communication .
This is a hands-on role requiring experience in content creation, campaign execution, and analytics. Over time, the position will expand to support B2C websites within the NewParts Group.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & LinkedIn Marketing
- Develop, schedule, and manage ShopStock’s social media calendar
- Create and post educational and promotional content (static, carousel, reels / videos)
- Run LinkedIn ad campaigns targeting B2B professionals
- Track and analyze campaign performance using platform insights
- Stay updated on USA automotive B2B digital trends
2. Email Marketing & Automation
Plan and execute email campaigns for offers, promotions, and newslettersWork with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot (experience with at least one required)Segment audiences (repair shops, jobbers, fleets) for targeted campaignsTrack performance metrics — open rate, CTR, conversions, etc.3. Website Communication & Promotions
Coordinate with the Sr. Manager – ShopStock and Central Design Team to update banners, offers, and landing pagesMaintain promotional pop-ups and website visuals to drive conversions4. Content Creation & Design
Create high-quality creatives and short videos using :Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)Canva / Figma for quick designsFilmora / CapCut / Final Cut Pro for video editingWrite compelling captions, ad copy, and headlines for the USA B2B audienceEnsure consistent brand identity across all platforms5. Reporting & Collaboration
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reportsCollaborate with the Sr. Brand Marketing Manager for group-level campaignsCoordinate with the Central Design Team on creative productionGradually extend marketing support to B2C websites under the NewParts GroupRequired Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in social media, email marketing, or digital marketingPrior experience with a USA-based automotive / e-commerce company preferredStrong understanding of USA B2B and B2C digital marketsHands-on with :Social Tools : LinkedIn Campaign Manager, native scheduling toolsEmail Tools : Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Constant ContactDesign Tools : Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, Filmora / CapCutEducation : B.Tech / MBA / Digital Marketing specializationExcellent English communication (written and verbal)Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and deadline-drivenWillingness to work in a hybrid setupKey Attributes
