Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Talent Recruiter. The Junior Talent Recruiter will assist in identifying, sourcing, and attracting top talent for various positions across the organization. Responsibilities include posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process. Additionally, the role requires maintaining recruitment databases and supporting employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and talent sourcing skills, including resume screening and candidate outreach
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and ensuring a seamless hiring process
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is a plus but not mandatory
