  • ???? Location : Remote (occasional office visits, 1–2 times / month)
  • ???? Duration : 3 Months (Extendable) | Working Hours : 10 AM – 6 PM, 6 days a week
  • ???? Stipend :   ₹4,000 / -month

    • ???? Role Overview :

      • We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented intern to support our social media strategy and customer operations . You'll play a key role in shaping content, driving engagement, and ensuring smooth communication with customers.

    • ???? Key Responsibilities :

      • Social Media & Content

    • Assist in planning and aligning engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube
    • Help increase digital reach and establish Ramam Group within the health & wellness niche
    • Reach and engage potential audiences with the goal of converting them into customers
    • Support influencer marketing efforts and trend-based campaign ideas
    • Create and edit content using tools like Canva and basic editing apps

      • Customer Operations

    • Handle customer queries via official WhatsApp Business and helpdesk email
    • Escalate relevant concerns to the internal team while maintaining timely follow-ups
    • Ensure smooth and transparent communication with every customer

      • ✅ Required Skills :

    • Basic knowledge of MS Excel
    • Comfortable communicating in both Hindi & English
    • Basic content design / editing skills (e.g., Canva)
    • A passion for social media, branding, and wellness
    • Quick learner with a solution-oriented mindset
    • Must have a laptop and Internet connection
