Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred). B2B sales experience in IT hardware / software; experience with Apple products is a strong advantage. Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, OEM partnerships, and channel sales models. Excellent communication , negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office. Ability to travel for client meetings and business development. Certification or training in Apple Sales, JAMF, or related tech ecosystems is a plus. Existing network of enterprise or institutional clients (corporates, education, government, etc.). Strategic thinking with a customer-first mindset.
Business Development Manager
Sone India is looking for a passionate and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT hardware and software sales to drive our business growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Apple and Non-Apple IT products , an existing network of B2B clients, and proven experience in leading sales efforts in the technology space.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Drive sales of Apple and non-Apple hardware (MacBooks, iMacs, iPads, PCs, Servers, Networking Devices) and related software / licensing solutions.
- Identify and acquire new business accounts while nurturing existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams for solution selling, custom configurations, and enterprise deployment plans.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and client proposals.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with key accounts and enterprise clients.
