(Immediate Start) Automation Test Lead

Job Title : Automation Test Lead Location : Hyderabad / Bangalore Job Summary We are seeking a Test Lead - Automation Testing to drive end-to-end QA delivery across manual, automation, and API testing. The role involves leading a team of testers, ensuring high-quality, production-ready releases every sprint, and enhancing testing frameworks through automation and CI / CD integration. Key Responsibilities Lead QA planning, test case design, execution, and automation. Implement and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium / UFT (Java). Conduct API testing (Swagger, Postman with JavaScript) and database validation using SQL. Ensure sprint deliverables meet production standards with zero major defects. Track and manage defects, performing first-line triage for released features. Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional and client teams to resolve issues within SLAs. Mentor team members and ensure alignment with Agile best practices. Qualifications & Skills 8–12 years of QA experience with 5+ years in automation (Selenium / UFT). Strong in manual, automation, and API testing. Proficient in Java, SQL Server, and Web Services. Experience with CI / CD tools (Jenkins, Docker) and DevOps / JIRA / TFS. 2+ years of experience leading QA teams. Exposure to US Healthcare domain preferred. Experience in Agile / Scrum environments.
