What you’ll do :
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related tickets from customers with fast response times.
Perform operating system installation, updates, and patch management.
Provide support for network connectivity issues, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
Install and configure CCTV cameras (IP & Analog).
Install and configure access control systems, door controllers, card readers, and biometric systems.
Troubleshoot access points, routers, and basic network configurations.
Understand and apply networking topologies when diagnosing connectivity problems.
Resolve issues related to user profiles, domain login, permissions, and shared resources.
Configure and support antivirus, security tools, and endpoint protection.
Assist with network device setup, cabling, and port configuration.
Maintain documentation for issues, solutions, and IT processes.
Collaborate with senior IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Prior experience in IT Support
Strong understanding of desktop & laptop hardware.
Experience with Windows OS, macOS & Linux.
Solid networking knowledge : IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, VLANs.
Ability to troubleshoot routers, switches, and access points.
Hands-on experience in CCTV systems (IP / Analog), NVR / DVR configuration.
Experience with access control systems (controllers, readers, biometrics).
Familiarity with remote support tools (TeamViewer, RDP, AnyDesk).
Basic understanding of cable management and structured cabling.
Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
Certifications such as Network+, MCSE, CCNA, or any CCTV / Access Control certifications will be considered a plus advantage.
