Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Noida. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for supporting the HR team with day-to-day tasks such as HR policy management, employee benefits, personnel management, and other HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) knowledge and experience
• Experience in HR Management and Policy Administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in employee benefits administration preferred but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other HR software as needed
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
