Remote Customer Support Representatives (Multiple Openings)
We are currently hiring for multiple remote roles for experienced Customer Support professionals with US-based companies across e-commerce, SaaS, and technology-enabled services.
These roles are fully remote and open to qualified candidates based in the Philippines, India and LATAM .
Instead of relying only on resumes and keyword screening, candidates are evaluated through structured, job-relevant skill assessments so employers can make faster, higher-confidence hiring decisions.
What You’ll Do (varies by role)
Depending on the company and team, responsibilities may include :
- Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and / or voice
- Resolve product, billing, and account issues
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps
- Document cases and maintain accurate support notes
- Meet response time and quality benchmarks
- Collaborate with operations and product teams when needed
