About the Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate should be strong in content creation, brand storytelling, analytics, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the brand’s social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content (reels, posts, stories, campaigns).
• Lead calendar planning for monthly and weekly content.
• Work with designers and video editors to develop visually appealing creatives.
• Monitor trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithm changes.
• Manage influencer collaborations and identify creators who fit the brand identity.
• Track performance using analytics tools and generate actionable insights.
• Own community management : reply to comments, DMs, and manage audience engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, e-commerce) for campaign integration.
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, visual identity, and messaging across platforms.
