Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance & Accounts Manager, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Finance & Accounts Manager will oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Day-to-day tasks include managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, tax compliance, and financial audits. The role also involves financial analysis, developing strategies to maximize financial performance, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Experience in managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and tax compliance
• Proficiency in financial analysis and developing strategies for financial performance
• Knowledge of financial regulations and policies
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus
