We are seeking a Replenishment Planner to join our Supply Chain team. The Replenishment Planner will play a vital role in ensuring the right inventory is available at the right store to achieve service level targets while minimizing waste. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to build and execute inventory plans, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to improve replenishment strategies. The successful candidate will contribute to assortment recommendations, identify root causes for service issues, and support sustainable solutions.
RESPONSIBILITES AND ACTIVITIES
Inventory Planning & Execution
- Ensure the right inventory is placed at the right store to achieve service level goals.
- Build inventory plans by leveraging on-hand data, order frequency, and sales trends.
- Recommend optimal inventory levels to balance service, cost, and waste reduction.
- Assortment & Store Strategy
- With guidance, recommend assortment changes for non-critical items.
- Understand how store attributes impact seasonality, sales patterns, and assortment priorities to develop tailored inventory strategies.
- Recommend promotional events and strategies to support sales while minimizing excess inventory and waste.
- Problem Solving & Process Improvement
- Identify areas for improvement and, with support, drive changes to replenishment processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis for service or inventory challenges and collaborate to design sustainable solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Learning
Partner with peers and stakeholders to ensure replenishment strategies align with broader supply chain objectives.Learn about all supply chain functions and tools, understand planning’s role within the supply chain, and share knowledge with peers.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in replenishment planning, inventory management, or related supply chain functions.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in ERP or replenishment planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, O9 Replenishment, or similar).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel; experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.Functional Skills :
Understanding of end-to-end replenishment and supply chain processes.Ability to interpret store attributes, sales trends, and seasonal factors to develop replenishment strategies.Familiarity with key replenishment KPIs (service levels, inventory turns, waste reduction). Soft Skills :Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn and share knowledge across the team
