Ensuring the efficient day to day running of all site operationsEnsure cash collections are carried out accurately and securelyEnsure high standards are maintained throughout the siteEnsure all Health & Safety procedures are implemented and followed providing a safe environment for all staff and customersEnsure a good working environment for your teamMotivating, training and developing your teamPerson Specification :
Have great guest service and communication skills and a positive, outgoing personalityBe willing to learn the art of sales and motivated to reach daily sales targetsBe honest, reliable, responsible individuals with a strong work ethicBe able to demonstrate a high-level of attention to detailBe available full time. Including weekdays, weekends, and holidaysBe able to lift 20lbs and be able to stand for up to 8 hours (or more if given / qualified for over-time hours)Be able to stay productive during slower business hours and when working aloneHave reliable transportationBe able to follow instructions and comply with ALL company standards.Experience in amusement games at supervisor level.Team management or supervisor skills and FEC experienceYou will be self-directed and highly motivatedSales Experience of 1 year (Desirable)Customer Service of 1 year (Desirable)Skills Required
