Project Manager – Global Finance Services

Responsibilities :

Provide Project Management support for the ‘Initiative ‘Programme attached to the Accenture Reinvention Contract.

As the Operational Management Committee identifies and approves further enhancements, incorporate these into the Initiative Programme Plan, establishing and managing a comprehensive Global Finance Services Project Plan.

Build and manage relationships with the Service Delivery Leads, Regional Stakeholders, Transformation leads and our external Business partner.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with associated details.

Monitors and reports on project progress, risks, issues, and key performance indicators (KPIs) with precision and clarity.

Where project risks, dependencies, and issues are identified leads the development and monitoring of robust mitigation strategies minimizing potential impacts on project delivery and overall success.

Drives team contributions and manages stakeholder expectations to maintain alignment on project scope, objectives, and desired outcomes.

Ensures all communications are clear, concise, and engaging to support effective collaboration and decision-making.

We’d love to hear from you if you have :

8+ years of experience in project management and related, preferably in a leadership role

A strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices

Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle, from initiation to closure

Proactivity in reporting project information, such as status, progress, performance, risks, issues, changes, and lessons learned.

Excellent communication and coordination skills across time zones and cultures.

Demonstrated professional ethics and ability to work with confidential information.

A Project management certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified associate in project management (CAPM) or PRINCE2 would be beneficial.
