Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer, based in Hyderabad. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include building rapport with clients, explaining products or services, and striving to meet sales targets. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Proven Customer Service and Appointment Scheduling abilities
• Experience in Sales and Telemarketing
• Excellent ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Hyderabad
• Prior experience in the animation or content industry is a plus
• A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is advantageous
