Pet Set Go is a young, fast-growing pet accessory & lifestyle brand from India. What started as a college project 3 years ago is now a D2C brand trusted by lakhs of pet parents across India.

We design and manufacture everything in-house—bringing together playful designs, top-notch quality, and practical functionality. You’ll find us on our Website, Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon and lot of Pet stores.

What you'll do :

Handle day-to-day order processing

Maintain and update daily operational reports .

Coordinate with logistic partners for timely pickups and deliveries

Monitor deliveries and escalations , ensuring customer satisfaction

Work closely with the core team to support and improve operational efficiency

Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements

What we're looking for :

0–2 years of experience in operations / logistics (freshers with strong organizational skills welcome)

Good with Excel / Google Sheets; knowledge of Shopify / Quick Commerce portals is a bonus.

Detail-oriented, proactive and reliable.

Strong coordination and communication skills.

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
