Job description

We're on the hunt for a Performance Marketer (Meta Ads) who lives and breathes performance marketing. If you're someone who can build, scale, and optimize D2C campaigns with confidence — we want you!

Responsibilities :

  • Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing Meta campaigns
  • Drive results for D2C brands with clarity and precision
  • Collaborate with creative strategists to deliver winning ads
  • Analyze performance and continuously test to improve ROI
  • Work closely with the rest of the performance marketing team

You Are :

  • 3-4 years into your media buying journey, preferably in an agency
  • Well-versed with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, Events, and Attribution
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, tracking, and attribution tools
  • Up to date with the latest analytics platforms and performance tools
  • Bonus points if you’re comfortable using AI tools for optimization, content, or reporting
  • A strong communicator, both with clients and team
  • Passionate about marketing, curious, and eager to grow
  • Results-oriented and metrics-obsessed
  • A team player who loves brainstorming and building together
