Talent Worx is looking for an innovative and strategic Head of Talent Sourcing for a client to lead their Center of Excellence (CoE) within our recruitment processes. This leadership role is responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies that attract a diverse range of candidates while ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and launch a new Scheduling Center of Excellence and Sourcing Center of Excellence to support the global recruiting function
- Lead and develop a team of technical specialist and individual contributors who are directly impacting the efficiency and productivity of our global recruiting process
- Maintain a strategic mindset rooted in the highest levels of efficiency, quality assurance and candidate experience that ultimately result in hiring great talent at scale
- Build an operating model of continuous improvement and leveraging global best practices that continually assess and meet the demands of the business
- Partner seamlessly with the global recruiting leadership to drive consistent execution while remaining agile to the needs of each business unit
