Role Description

At Probabl , we shape strategies and experiences grounded in cognitive science, business insight, and design precision . We partner with visionary founders and teams to build meaningful products that don’t just look good, they think smart.

We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer who can balance strategy, systems thinking, and craft to lead design initiatives from concept to execution. Someone who can guide design direction, mentor designers, and collaborate with product and strategy teams to deliver clarity in complexity.

We work heavily with cognitive scientists and psychologists to shape end-to-end design solutions, and you'll be able to merge aesthetics with scientific principles

Qualifications

• Graphic Design experience, including with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• In-depth understanding of design principles
• Proficiency in Typography and Visual Composition
• Strong Understanding of Branding and Visual Identity
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, UX, or a related field
