Rao Associates, a leading property valuation firm with over 30 years of experience, seeks a fast and accurate typist to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in creating professional property valuation reports in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities :

Accurately and efficiently transcribe site visit data and property details into Excel spreadsheets.
Format and structure reports using established templates and style guidelines.
Perform calculations and data analysis within Excel to support valuation assessments.
Proofread and edit reports for accuracy and consistency.
Maintain organized electronic files and document versions.
Collaborate with the valuation team to address any questions or clarifications.

Requirements :

Minimum typing speed of 65 WPM with excellent accuracy.

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, and formatting.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of property valuation terms and procedures (preferred).
