Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing partnerships with businesses across industries. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong networking skills, a deep understanding of trade / barter models, and the ability to translate opportunities into measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients across FMCG, media, retail, hospitality, and service sectors.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, research, and outreach.
- Develop and present customized barter / exchange solutions to clients.
- Negotiate deals, structure barter arrangements, and ensure win-win outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams for deal execution, documentation, and fulfillment.
- Track performance metrics, report key results, and optimize conversion rates.
- Represent Network4Barter at industry events, networking meets, and trade forums.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and business innovation practices.
Key Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in B2B Sales / Partnerships / Corporate Alliances / Media Barter / Trade Exchange.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.Analytical mindset with the ability to design creative barter-based deal structures.High degree of ownership, integrity, and result orientation.Comfort with CRM tools, business communication platforms, and reporting dashboards.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree4–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in barter, media, advertising, FMCG, or trade exchange domains.Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.What We Offer
