We are seeking a highly skilled AI & NLP Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidatewill have deep expertisein information retrieval,semantic search, and NaturalLanguage Processing (NLP)—particularly within the healthcare domain. You will help design,develop, and maintain large-scale AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize information retrieval and semanticsearch systems for medical data.
• Designand implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for AI models.
• Build and maintainNLP pipelines to process and analyzelarge volumes of medical literature efficiently.
• Experience with Python,LangChain, Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate), and transformer-based models (e.g., BERT, GPT, LLaMA).
• Implementhallucination safeguards and factualaccuracy validation for AI-generated outputs.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and medicalexperts to deliver reliable and complianthealthcare AI products.
• Continuously monitor and improvemodel performance, accuracy, and scalability.
