Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT / Software domain

Strong SQL knowledge (joins, subqueries, stored procedures, performance tuning basics)

Good understanding of relational databases (Snowflake / MySQL / SQL Server / PostgreSQL etc.)

Proficiency in documentation tools : MS Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence, JIRA

Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
