Role : R&D Executive (Food Science)

Experience : 2–3 years in food product development (snacks preferred)

Location : Khed Shivapur, Pune

Role & Responsibilities

• NPD & formulation : Develop / optimize healthy snack recipes aligned to nutrition targets and consumer taste.
• Scale-up : Translate lab formulas to pilot & mass production;

ensure consistency, yield, and cost targets.

partner with procurement for cost-effective, high-quality inputs.

finalize labels and specs.

define storage and QC checkpoints.

iterate for cost, taste, texture, and nutrition improvements.

Qualification

sensory, shelf-life, and food safety know-how.

extrusion / baking exposure is a plus.

comfortable collaborating with QA, Production, Procurement, Sales.
