Key Responsibilities
B2B Sales Strategy
Develop and implement strategic plans for B2B sales, targeting key industries and market segments.Manage end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting and pitching to execution, ensuring a strong sales funnel at all times.Achieve individual and team sales targets for digital gift vouchers .Enterprise Sales Growth
Drive enterprise sales by establishing and nurturing relationships with major corporations and key stakeholders .Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions.Market Analysis
Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.Sales Funnel Management
Oversee the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure —ensuring a streamlined and efficient sales pipeline.Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams
Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands.Qualifications & Skill Set
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field ( MBA preferred ).10+ years of successful experience in B2B and enterprise sales within Fintech, Payments, Gift Vouchers, Loyalty, Retail, or E-commerce sectors.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets .Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and enterprise-level negotiations .Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships .Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset .Willingness to travel as required .Get to Know Us Better :
