Job responsibilities :
- Responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, such as accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and payroll processing.
- Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the financial stability of the organization.
- Leading and motivating accounting staff members while supervising and delegating department tasks.
- Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed.
- Recording, processing, and reconciling transactions in various foreign currencies using appropriate software and accounting principles.
Job specification :
Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Proficiency with Tally and MS Office.Experience - 7 yrsBudget- 12 LPA
