Qualification - Post Graduate in the Field of Finance and/or Chartered Accountant

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Chartered Accountant and/or Post Graduate in Finance from a reputed educational institution to join its team as an Associate.

In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of commerce and law to assist clients with regulatory compliance, drafting contracts, policies etc.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Legal Compliance:
2. Assist in ensuring compliance with various legal and regulatory requirements of the Company and its clients
3. Review and interpret legal documents, contracts, and agreements for the Company and its clients
4. Provide support in drafting and reviewing legal documentation, contracts, policies etc.

1. Financial Advisory Support:
2. Collaborate with the financial team to ensure that legal considerations are integrated into financial strategies and decisions.
3. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation related to legal and compliance issues.

1. Client Advisory:
2. Provide legal guidance and support to clients on matters related to financial services regulations.
3. Conduct research and analysis on legal issues affecting clients' businesses.

1. Regulatory Updates:
2. Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that could impact the Company and its clients.
3. Assist in implementing necessary changes to ensure ongoing compliance.

1. Documentation and Record-Keeping:
2. Maintain accurate and organized records of legal documents and compliance activities.
3. Prepare reports and summaries related to legal and compliance matters.
4. Maintain and update compliance trackers

Key Expectations:

1. Education: Chartered Accountant and/or Post Graduate in the Field of Finance and may also include any other Professional Qualifications in the filed of Finance
2. Experience: Prior experience in a corporate law or compliance role in financial services entities is a plus, but not required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
