Job description
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve business growth targets in the SMB segment
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and lead generation programs
  • Identify new business opportunities in the market and develop plans to capitalize on them
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely closure of deals
  • Provide regular sales reports to the management team
  • Requirements

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development for SMB Sales
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the SMB segment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
    • Experience in IT sales, preferably in the Data Center Solutions, Cloud, Modern Workplace, IT enabled services, Data Warehousing, Business Analytics, RPA, and Mobility space
    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration or related field
    • Skills Required
