Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Receptionist located in Ghaziabad. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for appointment scheduling, managing phone calls with professional etiquette, and performing general receptionist duties. Other day-to-day tasks include greeting patients, managing patient records, and ensuring smooth operations within the medical office. Additionally, the receptionist will be expected to use medical terminology accurately and assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Skills in Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette
• Experience with Receptionist Duties and managing a Medical Office environment
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proficiency with office management software and medical records systems
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a Medical Receptionist would be a plus.
